We hired this company for a mold inspection while purchasing a home, and I’m really glad we did.
The inspection was incredibly thorough. The mold dog and inspector worked through the entire property, including the basement, crawlspace, attic, HVAC system, and several areas we never would have thought to check ourselves. They found issues that a typical home inspection likely would have missed.
What I appreciated most was that the inspector took the time to explain everything in plain language. There were no scare tactics or pressure—just honest observations, detailed explanations, and practical recommendations. The final report was very detailed, with photos and clear documentation of the findings.
One thing that really stood out was the follow-up. After the inspection, we had a phone call to go through the findings in detail, ask questions, and discuss our concerns. That conversation was incredibly helpful in understanding the report and deciding on next steps. Even days after the inspection, he remained available and responsive, answering follow-up questions and addressing new concerns that came up as we reviewed everything.
Buying a house can be stressful, but this inspection gave us a much better understanding of what we were dealing with and helped us make informed decisions. If you’re buying a home and want a deeper look at potential moisture or mold issues, I would definitely recommend them.
